Welcome to our one-bedroom condo on King Street West! To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules: 1. Check-In/Check-Out • Check-in time is after 3:00 PM. • Check-out time is before 11:00 AM. • Please communicate any early arrivals or late departures in advance. 2. No Smoking • This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the condo and on the balcony. Violation of this rule will result in a cleaning fee of $200. 3. No Pets • Pets are not allowed in the condo. 4. Occupancy Limit • The maximum occupancy is two guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior approval. 5. Noise Levels • Please respect the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This includes music, television, and conversations. 6. Parties and Events • Parties and events are not allowed. Unauthorized gatherings will result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. 7. Cleanliness and Damage • Please maintain the cleanliness of the condo. Any damages or excessive mess must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay. 8. Trash Disposal • Dispose of trash in the designated bins located on the premises. Do not leave trash in the hallways or common areas. 9. Use of Amenities • Guests are welcome to use the building amenities, including the fitness center and rooftop terrace. Please follow all posted rules and guidelines for these areas. 10. Safety and Security • Ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving the condo. Do not share the key or fob with anyone not on the reservation. 11. Compliance with Condo Regulations • Guests must comply with all condo association rules and regulations. Any fines or penalties incurred due to violations will be the responsibility of the guest. 12. Cancellation policy

Flexible Cancellation • Guests can cancel their reservation up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. • If guests cancel between 7-14 days before check-in, they will receive a 50% refund. • Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. 2. Reservation Changes • Guests may modify their reservation dates, subject to availability, up to 7 days before check-in without incurring any fees. • Date changes requested less than 7 days before check-in will be treated as a new booking and are subject to the above cancellation terms. 3. Early Departure • If guests choose to shorten their stay after check-in, the nights not spent are non-refundable. 4. Special Circumstances • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies), guests may contact the host to discuss potential exceptions to the cancellation policy on a case-by-case basis. 5. Booking Platform Policies • If booked through a third-party platform (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com), the platform’s specific cancellation policies will apply, provided they do not contradict the terms listed here. 6. Travel Insurance • Guests are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to their travel plans.
